  • Our tags are deep-etched with a high-precision laser , ensuring your text is permanent and won't scratch or fade like traditional stamped tags.

  • Because we start the engraving process quickly, we can only accept changes within 2 hours of your order being placed. To make a request, please send email to hello@kodiandkit.com.

  • Please double-check your spelling! Because tags are custom made, we cannot offer refunds for customer typos. However, we know mistakes happen and would love to work with you to make it right. Please reach out to us for a 10% discount code to use for re-ordering.

  • Standard items (like bandanas or leashes) can be returned within 30 days. Custom-engraved tags are final sale unless they arrive damaged or we made an error. To initiate a return, please send an email to hello@kodiandkit.com.

  • PROCESSING

    Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

    KODIAK ISLAND PICKUP/ DELIVERY

    Local pickup/ delivery orders made Sunday-Wednesday should be fulfilled by Saturday/ Sunday of that same week. Orders made Thursday-Saturday will be fulfilled by Saturday/ Sunday of the following week.

    SHIPPING

    Shipping is available outside of Kodiak, within the state of Alaska. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery times vary based on your destination but typically take 2-5 business days once the carrier picks up your package.

  • RETURNS: 30 Days for Standard Items, Custom Items Are Final Sale

    We have a 30-DAY RETURN POLICY: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    Certain items cannot be returned, specifically custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please double-check spelling and phone text before finalizing your order. We cannot refund custom items due to customer input errors.

    DAMAGE AND ISSUES

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

    REFUNDS

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
